Occasionally we programme creative workshops and masterclasses for you to take part in, from puppet making to writing for screen, and various parts of the creative process in between. Come and flex your creative muscles, try something new or further your learning in one of these workshops led by professionals.

PUPPET CLUB IS BACK!
Led by puppet & prop maker extraordinaire Holly Miller, Puppet Club returns with a fun, creative 5-week course for all ages and abilities (6- 106).
Tuesdays, 5:00–6:30pm
Starting Tuesday 24 February
Downstairs in The Lyric’s fantastic auditorium
Over five weekly sessions, participants will design and create their very own puppet using recycled and craft materials such as paper, masking tape, papier mâché, fabrics, paints, buttons and more. Let your imagination run riot as you bring an animal or character to life – and take your finished puppet home at the end of the course!
No experience necessary — everyone is welcome.
Ages 6–106 (under 8s must be accompanied by an adult).
Cost: £45 for the full course

• Accompanying adults are free unless making a puppet themselves (£45)
